Background and Objectives
This project stems from the desire of the Senegalese and Cape Verdean governments to strengthen maritime links between Praia and Dakar, thus enhancing bilateral trade and boosting maritime transport services.

- Conducting financial and economic analyses to assess project sustainability.
- Assessing port infrastructure and required equipment.
- Proposing an effective operational model and preparing tender documents.
Results
- A clearly defined management model for the “Praia–Dakar Maritime Link.”
- A structured implementation plan ready for funding.
