Background and Objectives
This project provides technical assistance for the construction supervision of the Lanjik-Gyumri road section (approximately 27.47 km) of the North-South Corridor. The objective is to ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with FIDIC conditions, with high quality, safety, and timely completion.
Activities
- On-site technical and administrative supervision during construction.
- Evaluation of contractor performance and management of payment certifications.
- Coordination of engineering testing and quality control activities.
