Background and Objectives

The project is aimed at improving the management capacities of the rural Joint Services Councils (JSCPD) in the Bethlehem area, supporting over 30 municipalities in establishing dedicated units for water and wastewater management. The goal is to enhance planning, coordination, and service delivery in the water sector.
