Team Leader - Highway Engineer

Open Plan Consulting urgently looks for 2 graduate civil engineers to take position ASAP with the project for rehabilitation works supervision on the road M1 Chisinau-Incesti-Lapusna in Moldova.

In Particular, Open Plan Consulting is lookignfor both a Team Leader and a Deputy Team Leader/Resident Engineer

The experts are expected to take position as soon as possible on the ground to lead the Engineer's team for works supervision under FIDIC conditions of contract.

They will perform the duties of the Engineer under the FIDIC conditions.

The required profile is as follows:

• at least 20 years of experience in construction/rehabilitation supervision of road works. It is essential to have strong experience in road rehabilitation projects
• Strong experience in asphalt pavement and cold in-place recyciling is an asset
• Experience in performing the duties of "Engineer" under FIDIC conditions of contract is essential. In particular, experience of similar posts on at least 3 successful projects is required (probatory documents, such as contracts and letters of reference will be requested)
• Broad international experience is required, specifically in NIS (former soviet union countries)
• working knowledge of English is required and Knowledge of Romanian would be an asset
