Open Plan Consulting deals with the participation and management of international technical assistance projects funded by international donors (European Union, World Bank, other regional banks).

In order to expand our business development capacity, we are looking for a person to join our development team, tasked with identifying new business opportunities, organizing participation in tenders, including establishment of partnership, development of tender documentation and management of the assignment in case of award.

The place of work is the headquarter of Open Plan Consulting, in Florence, Italy.

The candidate shall have the following profile:

• University degree (preferably in management engineering, political science or jurisprudence);
• Experience of at least 3 years in the identification, participation and management of assignments deriving from tenders, preferably in a non-European geographical context;
• knowledge (at least B2 level) of at least English and French, preferably also a third language.
